The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale (A.K.A. “N-Sale”) is here! Every year during the N-Sale, Nordstrom releases a TON of their new fall and winter collections and marks them wayyy down! You can grab some basics to wear for the rest of the year at prices you don’t normally see until the end of the season.
This sale is currently open to all Nordstrom cardholders (as of July 16th) and will open to the public on July 28th, so mark your calendars and bookmark this post to come back to!
Here is a roundup of all the items I purchased this year! I’ll be updating this post down below the collage once I receive items to give my feedback. With the exception of those jammies because I’m waiting on a restock – fingers crossed! Speaking of restocks, Nordstrom will periodically restock items throughout the sale but it’ll be at very random times. Minnetonka Flurry Scuff Faux Fur Slipper
Holy moly these are so soft and comfortable! I’m between an 8.5/9 and the 9s fit me perfectly. Definitely going to be a staple for me!

A classic pair of shoes that will look cute with jeans and because of the open back, shorts, skirts, and dresses too! They look a lot like the popular Vince Camuto booties we’ve seen year after year, but WAY cheaper (I can’t believe the price!) and the fun open back. I’m between an 8.5/9 and the 9 fits perfect without slipping off. Block heel is 3.5″.

I always grab a pair of good quality boots during the N-Sale to wear all season long. These boots are GORGEOUS in person! The color (“Latte”) is so pretty and you can tell they’re made with good quality leather. The heel is only 1.5″ so they’re comfortable for everyday wear. Definitely SIZE UP on these – I’m an 8.5/9 and the 9s are a tad snug to wear with socks. Otherwise I’m obsessed!

I love how sophisticated these lace-up combat boots look! Definitely a more feminine twist to this popular trend and I’m here for it! They do have a zipper on the side so you never have to mess with the laces (phew!). This is the “Sesame” shade, so they’re a tad lighter in person than they show online, but still super cute and a great neutral color to wear with anything. Definitely size up half – I’m an 8.5/9 and I feel like the 9s are still a tad snug.

Minnetonka Teddy Faux Shearling Slipper
I couldn’t decide between the closed-toe slippers and the sandal slippers. I thought I’d get them in and decide once I got them but I love them so much I have to keep both! Again, they are soooo soft and cozy. True to size and if you’re between, go up!

Okay y’all, I am OBSESSED with this! The last 3 years, T&S has made a wubby pullover, and the jacket this year is seriously everything I never knew I needed in my closet. It is sooo cozy, chunky, and you guys… only $32! It is made to be oversized; I am wearing the size small here for reference.

Thread & Supply Dolman Sleeve Quilted Jacket
Another T&S win in my book! This jacket is actually a dupe for a Free People jacket that retails for $168 — this one is marked down to $35.90! It’s made to look oversized and boxy which normally I wouldn’t go for but I actually really like how it looks on! If you don’t want that look, just size down. I’m in my true size small here!

If you follow any influencer on Instagram, you’ve probably seen this shacket already. It has been SO popular and it keeps selling out! For a good reason because it is super thick and comfortable. It’s definitely more of a jacket than a shirt and will be perfect for cool fall evenings (thinking of bonfires already! haha). It is made to be oversized! Don’t size down because it’ll be tight in the shoulders. I made that mistake and went down to the XS so I’m waiting for a restock in the size small.

Thread & Supply Frayed Corduroy Shirt Jacket
To be 100% honest with you, this one missed the mark for me. I feel like color isn’t quite right and the sleeves are a little too oversized. I wanted to share anyway because I know everyone has different style and I’ve seen a lot of influencers love and share this one, but just wanted to be transparent in saying this will be going back to the store from me. Sizing down might help! I am in my true size small.

Treasure & Bond Off the Shoulder Thermal Knit Crop Sweater
Another win for me! I sized up one in this cozy waffle-knit pullover for an extra oversized and slouchy look, and I really love it! The material is very soft and the color is really pretty in person. I’m excited to wear this postpartum while nursing! Wearing it off-the-shoulder, you could pair a bralette under (I recommend this one) or a strapless bra (I recommend this one).

Barefoot Dreams In the Wild Throw Blanket
It took me 3 years to finally purchase the full-size Barefoot Dreams blanket (happy push present from me to me hehe) and my only regret is that I didn’t buy it sooner!!! What makes Barefoot Dreams blankets unique isn’t the softness, it’s the thick, drapy-ness of them. They kind of cling to your body to make you feel like you’re snuggled up as cozy as can get! If you use it every day for the next year, it’s only 33 cents per day hahaha. I actually got another one for my baby girl because I think a baby would love that wrapped up feeling too. And also, the cat loves it too so she’s always cuddling with me now!
Barefoot Dreams does make a smaller size throw blanket that you can get for $59 at Nordstrom Rack right now – it’s a great one to get if you aren’t sure if you’ll like it or not (you will). I only ever see the full-size blanket on sale during the Nordstrom sale (so once a year). If you think you want the full size, grab it NOW!

Gorjana Fleur Freshwater Pearl Flower Drop Huggie Hoop Earrings
Love, love, LOVE these huggie hoops! I feel like I must be really picky with huggie hoop earrings because this is only the second pair I’ve ever found that I really like. They are very lightweight, don’t hurt my ears at all, and are very unique with the circle of pearls below. I definitely recommend grabbing these while they’re on sale – I’d gladly pay the full price for them because I love them so much, but why would I if I can get them 40% off!

Ouai Super Dry & Detox Shampoo Set
A little disclaimer on this one: I haven’t used the detox shampoo yet – the product arrived last Friday and I wash my hair on Thursday nights but I plan on using this week! I have heard incredible things about it. Use it once every 5-6ish washes or when you feel like your hair could use a good deep cleaning from product build up – it’ll leave your hair feeling lighter and fresher! I can’t imagine how much dry shampoo I’ve got built up in these roots at this point haha.
Speaking of which, I HAVE tried the dry shampoo that comes in this set, and I’m pleasantly surprised at how well it works! As in, I’ll definitely be purchasing another bottle when this one runs out!

Spanx Faux Leather Leggings in Plus Sizes
If you only get ONE thing from the Nordstrom sale, get the Spanx Faux Leather Leggings! I wear the heck out of mine!!! Above is a roundup of a few ways I wore mine last year. I am constantly grabbing for mine. They are true to size but if you’re between sizes, go up. If you’re 5’5 or shorter, get petite. They are LONG. I reordered this year in a size up since I’ll be postpartum and I knew I couldn’t go a whole season without them lol!! Seriously. The. Best.
