WHOA, mamas. Egg lights. 🥳
This was one of the FIRST things I added to my hospital bag. It is one of my very tippy top baby recs. Not a maybe. Not a cute-to-have. First in the bag, and still one of the things I tell you about.

The light is so much softer than a lamp. You can dim it or brighten it just by touching your hand on it. Middle of the night, no hunting for a switch, no overhead light in a baby's face. Your hand. That is the whole trick, and it is why it stayed in the rotation after the hospital.
It is wireless, so you can pop it onto the bed next to baby for night changing. I actually have 2 of them. One lives on my nightstand. One lives on the rocking chair table. Two, so I am not carrying the only one across the room in the dark. And yes, I said I was taking one to the hospital. That was me on August 28, 2026.
If you are packing a hospital bag, or you are already in the night-feed chapter, this is the small thing I keep two of. Soft light. A touch to change it. No cord in the way of a change. That is the rec, exactly as I use it. Nightstand. Rocking chair. Hospital bag. Same little light. I still reach for it.
Shop it here: the egg light.
